Kelly Clarkson and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, have invested $8.5 million in a custom-created residence on 0.5-acres in Los Angeles, California. The new home was constructed to resemble a modern farmhouse, with distressed-wood exteriors and a veranda. The 9,839-square-foot house features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms as well as a cinema, a kitchen with three islands, and a wine cellar. The master suite is enhanced with a balcony and a fireplace. Outside, the amenities include a barbecue area and a swimming pool. Clarkson—who also has a mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee, on the market for $8.75 million—has been in rented accommodations in Los Angeles with her husband and their four children since 2017, due to her role on NBC's The Voice which films in the area. The family's new Encino home (an area that's known for its musical ties—the late Tom Petty's estate is currently for sale near Clarkson's new home for instance) will be a much easier commute for the songstress.
